Tim Kannegieter

Dr Tim Kannegieter, Owner of InDepth Communication Coaching

Tim is the founder and owner of InDepth. He leads all community projects and delivers coaching and training. Tim is a communication professional specialising in technical and knowledge intensive subject areas. He has 30 years of experience in journalism, knowledge management and communication coaching.  He has worked for numerous publishing houses in Australia and in knowledge management for the largest private and public organisations in New Zealand. Most recently he was managing editor at Engineers Australia’s publishing company Engineers Media, where he was editor of Engineers Australia magazine and 11 other niche engineering publications. Tim is expert in most forms of print and electronic media, and he has a broad knowledge all engineering disciplines, cross-disciplinary practices and their application in associated industries. Tim has a degree in electrical engineering and a PhD in sharing knowledge across organisational boundaries. ​Nadine Cranenburgh

Nadine supports all community projects. She is an experienced writer and editor with experience in defence, local government, the environment industry and public relations. She has a passion for producing content that makes complex information accessible to wide audiences. Nadine has a Bachelor of Engineering, a Masters of Environmental Engineering Management for University of Technilogy Sydney and a Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing from RMIT University.

John leads IT support for any online community projects. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and an AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager. John has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years primarily in the large corporate arena and since 2012 he has been actively working within the not-for-profit and association sectors on projects for a variety of clients.

​Culture Change: Maddie Grant, WorkXo

Maddie leads the cultural change component of any community initiative. She is a US-based expert digital strategist and thought leader who has helped hundreds of organizations engage with their customer base and build capacity for using social media and online communities to achieve business results. She is the editor of SocialFish, a blog for nonprofit and association executives. Most recently she has developed a culture change tool and methodology called the Workplace Genome.
